Paulina is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion IDEI) practitioner, HR Professional and Coach. She has over 15 years experience working within the Human Resources divisions in international and multicultural environments. Having extensive knowledge of UK equality legislation and understanding complexities and nuances of organisational processes, in the last ten years the main focus of Paulina’s professional practice has been on developing and implementing DEI strategies and translating them into actions in UK-based organisations. Paulina has worked with organisations and businesses to build long-term strategies for creating open, diverse, equal and inclusive workplaces that enhance positive working cultures. In her work, Paulina builds on her personal qualities and values underpinned by respect, integrity and genuine curiosity in people.
