BIO

Mira’s an experienced manager, specialized in successfully implementing strategies focusing on customer needs.

She focuses on guiding organizations through changes, building relationships with clients and increasing their satisfaction. Mira is an expert in building organizations that, based on knowledge, can properly care for customer experience (CEM). With such know-how, she effectively supports building a culture of commitment and continuous improvement, having worked for companies such as: eBilet, UPC or Call Center Poland.

She has over 20 years of experience in business in managerial positions (director and executive team member), as well as holding specialist positions (including as product manager and operational manager), where she oversaw the areas of the so-called voice of clients (VOC) analysis and the effectiveness of client contact. Prior to joining Allegro, held managerial positions at Liberty Global/ UPC Polska and Call Center Poland. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw.
