Doctor in management and quality sciences on the basis of a dissertation entitled „Managing non-compliance risk in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange”. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a doctoral seminar and LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies conducted by the Warsaw School of Management and Apsley Business School of London. She holds the title of legal advisor and compliance certificates (ACO, ACE) awarded by the Compliance Institute in cooperation with the Viadrina Compliance Center (European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder).

Since 2017, as Director, she has supervised the areas of compliance, risk, business continuity, AML and internal control at the Exchange and headed the WSE’s advisory Compliance Committee. She also served as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board of WSE Benchmark S.A.

She has gained extensive experience in the regulated industry at, among others, the Citi Group and Orange Polska. Currently, she is also Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of BondSpot S.A. and Vice-Chairwoman of the Supervisory Committee of Capital Market Benchmark.

Winner of the Rising Business Star competition of the Rzeczpospolita newspaper and finalist of the Excellence in Compliance Awards – CCO/CECO of the year 2022 – Compliance Week (US). Honoured as Financial Services Chairperson of the Year 2021 (Europe) by CEO Monthly magazine – (UK).
