Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the abrasives industry of Saint-Gobain Group, within innovation, quality and operational management fields. He efficiently manages diverse, international teams, supporting employees on their development paths and building their self-confidence. Certified mentor who believes in people and their potential. From 2022, he is responsible for the SG Abrasives business strategy development in Poland and Eastern Europe. A graduate of the Chemistry Faculty at the Lodz University of Technology.

Privately, he is married and has two children. Passionate about fishing, sailing, running, as well as film and heavy metal music.
