Vice President, Growth & Transformation at National Payment Integrator S.A. – owner of Tpay.

Alina Wojna is responsible for co-creating the organisation’s strategy, defining key processes and creating internal and external communication standards. Her experience and talents help Tpay to increase the efficiency of process management in key areas, as well as to create short- and long-term strategies for further development.

Previously, from 2019, Alina Wojna held the position of Head of Marketing at Tpay, responsible for marketing strategy and comprehensive management of the brand’s marketing and product communication, as well as implementing effective methods to achieve goals.

In the past, she had also worked for companies operating in the field of e-commerce technology and services (Arena.pl and Saatchi & Saatchi IS), where she was responsible, among other things, for strategic activities and product development.
She has twice served as a mentor during the Poznań Mentoring Walk.
