Monika Szczęsna is the Head of Employee and Manager Development in the Culture and Development area at Orange Polska. A specialist in the area of competence competencies, assessment and feedback and Head of stream in the SkillsUp project, project, the aim of which is to model competencies adequately to the needs resulting from long-term business goals.

At Orange Polska, she is responsible for the offer and development programmes for employees and managers, building a development culture based on personal commitment and responsibility, knowledge sharing and social learning. She designs and coordinates processes supporting the development and building of organisational culture – feedback organisational culture – 360 feedback, team feedback, managerial reviews, development interviews.

ICC certified coach, for several years implementing individual processes as well as sessions of team and group coaching. She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, specialising in Applied Psychology of Organisation and Work. Work. She spends her free time in nature, painting and cuddling cats.
