Mateusz Sołtysiak heads SES Hydrogen and, as CEO, sets the vision and development directions in which the company is heading. He has many years of experience in managing and transforming companies and businesses in Poland and abroad. He has spent his career building and strategically developing businesses, including startups and companies with high growth potential. He has invested in projects in Poland and Asia.

Prior to starting his hydrogen business, he invested in more than 100 hardware startups worldwide over a period of 5 years. Privately, an enthusiast of innovative technology, who sees in the development of the hydrogen market in Poland and abroad an opportunity for fulfilling climate promises and achieving stability in the energy sector.
