Marcin Rusnaczenko is general manager of the distribution centre in Sady, near Poznań. He has been involved in Amazon’s operations since 2014. During this time, he managed various teams and areas. Among other things, he was responsible for the opening and development of Poland’s first and at the time most modern dedicated cross-dock centre in 2019 in Okmiany, Lower Silesia. Prior to joining Amazon, he was involved in supplier quality management in the white goods industry. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań.
