Leader of 'LEAP by McKinsey’, McKinsey’s global practice supporting clients to build new business using digital tools in Central and Eastern Europe. He supports clients in the industrial, financial services and consumer services sectors.

He has led projects in 20 countries on topics including building new businesses, including fintech and insurtech, preparing and executing mergers and acquisitions, creating and implementing innovative strategies, restructuring and transforming businesses and improving operational efficiency.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, he also studied at the University of Mannheim in Germany under the Socrates-Erasmus programme.
