Maciej Rynarzewski is a manager, entrepreneur, and innovator with over a decade of experience, specializing in creating and developing startups in the fintech, banking, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency industries. He currently works as the Head of Product Growth at ZEN.COM, focusing on increasing profitability and customer numbers, as well as developing product strategies and innovations aligned with the company’s vision.

Previously, as the Head of Research and Development and Tribe Leader at G2A.COM – the world’s largest marketplace for gamers – Maciej introduced several innovative products that achieved international success. Among other things, he co-created the G2A PAY payment solution, responsible for its development and expansion.

In addition, Maciej is the creator of the Geon Network app, a pioneer in the field of using blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in location-based marketing. Throughout his professional career, he has also had the opportunity to develop solutions for large entities in the banking and insurance sectors, such as BNP Paribas, Legg Mason, Allianz, and Generali.

His professional values are based on creating innovative solutions that contribute to market development and focus on solving real customer problems.

Outside of his professional activities, Maciej actively participates in the life of non-governmental organizations. He is a co-founder of the Polish branch of the UXPA Association, which brings together professionals in the field of User Experience, and the Netsprig Foundation, a foundation promoting knowledge in the field of blockchain technology.
