Manager, entrepreneur and innovator with over a dozen years of experience, specializing in creating and growing fintech, banking, e-commerce and cryptocurrency startups. He currently serves as Strategy Director at ZEN.COM, where he focuses on increasing profitability and customer numbers, and developing product strategies and innovations in line with the company’s vision. Previously, he served as Head of Product and Growth for several years.

As R&D Director and Product Leader at G2A.COM – the world’s largest gaming marketplace – Maciej has launched many innovative products that have achieved international success. Among other things, he was the co-creator of the G2A Plus loyalty program and the G2A PAY financial solution, being responsible for their development and expansion.

Additionally, Maciej is the creator of the Geon Network application, a pioneering solution using blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in location marketing. During his career, he has also developed solutions for large players in the banking and insurance sectors, such as BNP Paribas, Allianz and Generali.

His professional values are focused on creating innovative solutions that contribute to market development and effectively solving real customer problems.

In addition to his professional activities, Maciej actively participates in the life of non-governmental organizations. He was a co-founder of the Polish branch of the UXPA Association, an association of User Experience professionals, and the Netsprig Foundation – a foundation promoting knowledge of blockchain technology.
