BIO

Olga Wysocka – cultural manager, political scientist, director of the Warsaw Cultural Observatory since 1 September 2022. From 2018 to 2022, she was deputy director at Zachęta – National Gallery of Art and deputy director at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (2014-2018). At the IAM, she also led international projects (2010-2014). She obtained her PhD in political science from the European University Institute in Florence. She is a laureate of the Józef Tischner Fellowship at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna and a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland. Author of texts and studies on populism, democracy, cultural management and audience development. Lecturer at the A. Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw.
