Communications, organizational culture and public relations expert with more than a dozen years of experience. She specializes in strategic communications, brand communications and building employee engagement around values. Since 2016 she has been responsible for the development and implementation of the internal and external communications strategy at L’Oréal Poland and Baltics, as well as managing media relations and external contacts in the corporate area. She also focuses on philanthropic activities and leads a program supporting diversity and equality in science – L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women and Science. Since February 2022, she has been managing sustainability strategy and activities at L’Oréal Poland and Baltics HUB.
