Secretary of State at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy (since April 2022), Government Plenipotentiary for the Central Transport Port for Poland (since November 2019).

He has served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure since November 2019.

In the 2019 and 2015 parliamentary elections, he was elected as a Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
During the 8th parliamentary term, he served, among other things, as chairman of the commission of inquiry into VAT fraud.

In 2006, he was elected to the Gdynia City Council and served until 2015.

He graduated in law and political science from the University of Gdansk.
