For 25 years, he has been carrying out tasks in the banking sector and in public administration in the field of process efficiency improvement. He specialises in legislative projects implemented under time pressure.

During his time as director of the IT Services Development Department, he managed the implementation of key projects carried out by the Social Insurance Institution, such as e-contribution, e-acts, EESSI, the expansion of the PUE platform and the implementation of the e-administration sector service e-ZLA.

Since November 2019, as a member of the Management Board of ZUS, he has been supervising the IT division. A strategic project he has implemented and oversees is the Polish Tourist Voucher and the operation of the Crisis Shield. In January 2022, he implemented the implementation of systemic family support projects, i.e. Good Start (300+), 500+, Family Care Capital and also the Nursery Supplement.
