A certified business trainer, consultant, pedagogue, lecturer, coach, and FRIS® trainer with many years of experience. She substantively manages the consulting department at Concordia Design, where she creates programs supporting the development of individuals and organizations. She is the author of the Creativity+Thinking method, based on creative techniques, design thinking, and HR practice.

When designing innovative solutions, products, and experiences, she uses diagnostic and development tools that precisely meet the needs of the processes and teams she collaborates with.

She assists in professional career development through individual sessions that include defining development direction, planning next steps, and supporting the realization of professional ambitions, such as promotions or implementing changes. She also supports in making career decisions and developing lasting solutions – all tailored to individual needs.
