Leszek Jesień is an associate professor at Collegium Civitas, where he has headed the Institute for International Relations and Sustainable Development for the last few years. He holds a postdoctoral degree from the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is an expert on energy policy in the European Union and Poland. He gained professional experience in the field of energy in cooperation with, among others, PSE Innowacje, Gas-Trading, Empower Energy, EDF Polska, BPI Polska and Gaz System. Since May 2016, he has been managing the International Cooperation Department at Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne.
