Co-founder of Myco, a company dedicated to the production of materials based on mycelium (the root system of fungi) and residues from the woodworking or agricultural industry. Martin’s background is in materials chemistry, which has taken him from concrete, liquid crystals to biodegradable composites.

His goal is to get Myco material wherever it makes sense and find more and more uses for it.

While studying for his Ph.D., he was part of overseas research teams in Taiwan and Slovenia. He grew up in the city of Bata in Zlín.
