Marzena Leszczyńska-Chmiel has more than 25 years of experience in HR in many companies.

She has worked in the consumer healthcare industry for 15 years, where she currently holds the position of Senior HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Haleon (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare).

In her current role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy across 30 countries. She previously worked at Novartis, which she joined in 2007. From 2012 to 2016, she served as HR Director for the Central Europe region at the European headquarters in Switzerland. Following the Novartis merger with GSK, she was part of the Global Integration team, where she was responsible for the introduction of the global R&D structure. Prior to joining Novartis, Marzena worked on the company’s mergers at EltelNetworks and spent over 10 years at Pepsi Cola Poland.
