An expert HR professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries. For the past decade, she has been specializing in the healthcare sector and currently serves as Senior HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Haleon (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare). In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy across 34 countries.

Prior to joining Haleon, Marzena spent nearly a decade at Novartis, where she held various leadership roles. Between 2012 and 2016, she was based at the European headquarters in Switzerland as HR Director for the CEE region. Following the joint venture between GSK and Novartis, she joined the global integration team, where she led the implementation of the global R&D structure.

Earlier in her career, Marzena worked on merger and acquisition projects at Eltel Networks and spent over 10 years at Pepsi Cola Poland, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations and business transformation.
