BIO

President of the Management Board of Kulczyk Investments.

A financial expert with international operational experience in building value for companies in the chemical, mining, energy, automotive, and new technology sectors.

Since 2010, associated with the Kulczyk Investments Group, where he oversees the global investment portfolio. He leads all stages of the investment process, from analyzing acquisition goals, through supervising the acquisition process, leading the operational management of the company, to the completion of the project and exiting the investment. He focuses on creating and implementing strategies for building corporate value, focusing on achieving incremental return on investment for owners, taking into account current and future market conditions and available sources and structures of financing.

From 2018 to 2023, he served as President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. – a Chemical Group based in the European Union, listed on two stock exchanges, employing over 3,800 people, owning nine factories within six business units such as soda, salt, plant protection products, glass and silicates, and polyurethane foams. During his tenure as President of the Management Board, the company successfully implemented a strategy that contributed to a significant increase in the value of generated cash flows. Thanks to a consistent approach to management and a focus on operational efficiency and building a corporate culture based on goals and the Team, CIECH achieved historically record financial results in 2022.

In the past, he worked at the international firm KPMG Audit, where he was responsible for auditing individual and consolidated financial statements of entities from various industries.

Since 2014, he has been listed as a Certified Auditor by the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors. He completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School in Boston. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and the University of Economics in Poznań. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Poznań.
