Clinical psychologist and sexologist, cognitive-behavioral therapist (CBT), certified sexual educator, schema therapist. Founder of the Institute of Psychotherapy and Sexology Arte Vita.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at Warsaw AEH, specializing in clinical and forensic sexology. He completed a 4.5-year postgraduate course in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with elements of psychodynamic therapy, under the supervision of Prof. Andrzej Kokoszka. Long-time collaborator of Prof. Zbigniew Lew-Starowicz at the Institute of Sexology. He has given numerous lectures on sexology and psychology at SWPS, UW, and WUM.

A member of the Polish Sexological Society and the Polish Society of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, as well as a member of the Literary Union. An active participant in national and international sexological conferences. His work is subject to constant supervision.

An expert in many TV programs and shows dedicated to human sexuality. Author of bestselling books, including „The Art of Servicing the Penis,” „The Unloved: Fear of Intimacy,” and „The Art of Servicing the Vagina.” Co-author of podcasts „Dialogues of the Vagina and Penis” and „Masculinity in Transformation.”
