Dr. Ian Roberts holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales and is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.

Dr. Roberts has represented the Swiss company Bühler since 2011. During this period, the company underwent a digital transformation, focusing innovations on supporting customers in achieving their sustainable development goals, and expanding its business into bioprocessing through partnerships and new ventures. The company underwent a shift in its culture of innovation, playing a role as a creator of an ecosystem and a partner to consistently maintain its position as an innovation leader.
