CEO and co-owner of Panattoni in Europe, India and in the Middle East responsible for the company’s operations in 17 countries. Robert Dobrzycki graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. For the past 24 years, he has been involved in the real estate industry, starting his career at Menard Doswell & Co. In 2005, he founded Panattoni in Europe, and in 2021, he became a co-owner of the company. In 2018, he was honored with the title of FRICS – a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, one of the most prestigious and respected professional organizations in the industry.

In the past year, under Robert Dobrzycki’s management, Panattoni exceeded 21 million square meters of industrial space delivered in Europe, winning the Top Logistics Developers PropertyEU ranking for the seventh consecutive time. In Poland, the developer has already completed over 14 million square meters, covering almost half of the national volume. Panattoni continues to lead the way in green industry changes in the country. In recent months, the company has achieved BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level for two investments, which are currently the only industrial facilities certified at this level in Poland. The company consistently develops the „Go Earthwise with Panattoni” strategy and aims to exceed 10 million square meters of environmentally certified space in Poland. The developer actively responds to major trends such as nearshoring, re-shoring, and the development of e-commerce, providing spaces tailored to the needs of specific industries and processes.

In addition to business development, Robert Dobrzycki is committed to the social responsibility of Panattoni. For the past four years, the company has been collaborating with the BVB Academy named after Łukasz Piszczek, becoming the Main Partner in 2021. In recent years, the developer has supported organizations such as Unicef, PAH, the Iskierka Foundation, and the Rainbow Association. After the outbreak of the war on the eastern border, Panattoni provided vacant industrial spaces for the potential relocation of Ukrainian companies. The developer also supports practical business education and, in recent months, has become a strategic partner of the Leon Koźmiński Academy, participating in the University’s Advisory Board.
