He has over 25 years of experience in business, marketing, and advertising. He is one of the leading representatives of the industry. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of McCANN Poland. He holds titles such as the Man of Europe from Havas Worldwide and the Advertising Man of the Year from Brief magazine. He has been nominated three times for AdMan of the Year by Press magazine.

The Marketing Groups led by him have been awarded the title of „Advertising Group of the Year” four times by Media Marketing Polska. From 2012 to 2016, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Marketing Communication SAR. In 2021-2022, he served as the chairman of YPO Gold Poland.

He is often invited by the media to provide commentary on new technologies, communication design, business trends, and advertising. Since 2014, he has been an active Mentor in the Mentors4Starters program.

Privately, he is a sports enthusiast, enjoys non-fiction books, and traveling. A proud husband to Ania and father to Pola, Helena, and Maurycy. At the Borowski household, he serves as the Sports Director.
