Since May 27, 2023, he has served as President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., and, prior to that, since June 2022, he served as Member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., responsible for strategy and business transformation. He has been with the CIECH Group since 2018, when he took the position of Director of the Strategy Department at CIECH S.A., responsible for formulating and implementing the Group’s strategy.

From 2020 to 2021, he served concurrently as President of the Management Board of CIECH Resins, and more recently he has also been a Board Member of CIECH Ventures, a company focused primarily on working with young companies developing cutting-edge technologies related to chemistry, sustainable industry and agriculture.

His most important achievements at CIECH to date include preparing the Group’s strategy for 2019-2021 and 2022-2024 and supporting their implementation, in addition to coordinating efficiency gains in the soda business (digitalization), preparing a plan to modernize energy sources in line with the adopted ESG strategy, and reviewing the Group’s businesses, including carrying out the process of selling the CIECH Resins business for PLN 160 million in 2021.
