An entrepreneurial leader with passion for people and growth. Her experience includes a blend of global strategic roles and local executional ones in general management, strategy, business management, marketing, and sales.

Currently at Haleon she leads a team of nearly 900 people in an extremely diverse and complex Central Eastern European (CEE) region, with 34 countries, 7 time zones, 32 languages, to the very top of business capabilities.

Having 20+ years of experience in various consumer goods areas, she gathered deep insights into the consumer healthcare, food & beverages categories, and toy industry, including MARS Inc. and The LEGO Group, as well as knowledge of mass market, specialty trade and brand retail. It all combined with a strong international and multicultural experience as Justyna has worked on three continents: Europe, North America, and Asia.

Justyna’s expertise includes growth accelerations, business turnarounds and business transformations. Opportunities in the digital and omnichannel world excite her. Her strong experience in Brand Marketing includes building strategic vision and marketing strategy. She has equally strong experience in Sales, which encompasses key account team management and field sales lead.

She sees focusing on collaboration for impact with stakeholders across the entire company network and organisational agility as her big strengths.

She has a unique ability to see talents and potential in people and develop them so they can flourish. Diversity and inclusion as part of the company’s culture are particularly close to her heart. As a mother of two, she combines her professional career and private life, and one of her greatest passions is traveling. She is the happiest while exploring the world with her near and dear.
