BIO

He is a graduate of the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin, having completed his studies in 1996 at the Faculty of Law and Administration, earning a Master of Science degree in Law. Since 1994, he has held a stockbroker’s license, and in 2011, he obtained a trustee’s license. Throughout the early stages of his professional journey, he maintained close ties with the capital and banking markets.

His career trajectory included gaining valuable experience at BPH and Raiffeisen brokerage houses, followed by a role in the international team of ABN AMRO Bank. Upon joining ABN AMRO Securities, he assumed a position on the management board and took direct responsibility for various aspects, including the preparation and handling of share trading transactions on the non-public market. Since 2002, he has been an integral part of Sovereign Capital S.A., serving as its co-founder and president of the management board, in addition to being a member of the governing bodies of its individual portfolio companies.

His professional oversight extended to the implementation of numerous projects, with a particular focus on comprehensive restructuring transactions that demanded expertise in business, finance, commercial, and bankruptcy law. His versatile experience was further utilized in roles such as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wittchen, where he actively supported the management board in the company’s transformative processes.

From 2007 onward, he dedicated his efforts to supporting Pekabex S.A., a pivotal investment for Sovereign Capital. He assumed the role of a member of the Management Board of Pekabex S.A., and since 2015, he has held the position of President of the Management Board. Collaborating with the team, he successfully transformed Pekabex from a relatively unknown local company facing bankruptcy into a leading force in the construction and modular market with European aspirations, boasting revenues of PLN 1.67 million in 2022.
