Agnieszka Pełka-Szajowska

Teaches methods of creative problem solving and finding solutions. Combines creativity with critical thinking. Adds empirical conclusions from science to do it with the head, that is, using practical knowledge of teams, social and cognitive psychology and behavioral economics (evidence-based).

Social psychologist, change pilot and business practitioner (she has awards to her credit including the SUPERBRANDS award).

She works with large and medium-sized companies in the areas of creative problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, design thinking, decision thinking, teams, communication, management and business psychology, facilitation, effective meetings. He has more than 20 years of experience in creating and conducting trainings, workshops, webinars and ecourses, creating development tools and development projects for companies.

Certified business trainer, mentor, educator and lecturer for postgraduate and MBA programs, speaker at conferences including „I love HR”, also conducts train-the-trainer classes. Board member of the Polish Association of Business Trainers, FRIS Partner and Trainer, certified facilitator of the LEGO Serious Play method. Author of tools including Decision ThinkingⓇ and SolversiⓇ. Passionate about books and sailing.
