Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Pilot Jacek Pszczoła is the Vice President of the Board. He is a master class pilot on fighter aircraft. He has spent a total of 2230 hours in the air, including over 1100 hours at the controls of an F-16 aircraft. He introduced the F-16 into the Polish Air Force fleet, prepared pilots for NATO certifications, and for service in military contingents. After completing his training, he became the deputy commander of the 10th Tactical Air Squadron in Łask. He actively participated in preparing forces and resources for combat duty in the NATINADS system (Integrated Air and Missile Defence – NATO Integrated Air Defence System).

He received his first star of general on March 1, 2018, when he was the commander of the 2nd Tactical Air Wing. From August 1, 2018, he served as the deputy Inspector of Air Forces. He was soon promoted to the position of Inspector of Air Forces on October 19, 2018. He received his second star of general in November 2019.

He has been decorated with, among others, the Silver Cross of Merit, Aviation Cross of Merit, Gold Medal „For Merit to National Defence”, Silver Medal „Armed Forces in Service of the Country”, and Silver Medal for Long Service.
