Radosław Kwiecień has been associated with the financial sector throughout his professional life. Since 2001, he has worked in managerial positions at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej (currently BGŻ BNP Paribas). From 2012 to 2016, he was responsible for the bank’s operations. During this time, he was also a member of the operational risk management and business continuity management committee of the bank. He implemented bank integration projects during the merger of two separate organizations. He implemented new IT systems related to banking operations and centralized management processes in the operations area. He also implemented the outsourcing of many banking processes. This resulted in cost reduction and improved productivity, efficiency, and work quality.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Opole. He completed postgraduate studies in controlling and capital investments at the WSB University in Poznań, preparation and management of public-private partnership projects at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as management studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. He also obtained an Executive MBA diploma from this university.
