Rear Admiral Michael Hewitt serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of IP3 (International Peace, Power, and Prosperity), a global energy and security firm dedicated to the safe and secure proliferation of nuclear power in critical markets worldwide. IP3 comprises experienced leaders from the US National Security and Energy sectors, committed to fostering stability and prosperity in nations transitioning to peaceful energy solutions through strategic US partnerships. These collaborations aim to deliver sustainable job opportunities, energy security, and development to host countries while simultaneously benefiting US partner industries.

RDML Hewitt retired from active duty in the United States Navy following a distinguished 31-year career. As a seasoned naval aviator, he excelled across a range of defense disciplines, demonstrating exceptional leadership in naval aviation at the flag officer level. Additionally, he achieved notable success in critical areas such as major acquisition programs, legislative affairs, joint warfare, and notably as a leader in Information Operations, Cyberspace Operations, Non-Kinetic, and Net warfare for the Department of Defense (DoD). Widely recognized as a leading authority on strategy for advancing asymmetric warfare and non-kinetic warfare, RDML Hewitt has played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration within the DoD, Interagency, and National Security Staff.

Following his military retirement, RDML Hewitt established HSH Analytics, a company dedicated to providing unparalleled expertise in special access program operational deployment, future warfighting scenario development, and emerging technologies aligned with asymmetric warfare. HSH specializes in the intersection of intelligence and military operations across the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and Interagency sectors. Additionally, RDML Hewitt serves as an advisor to various corporate entities engaged in cyber warfare, countering weapons of mass destruction, fulfilling commercial capabilities for US Government requirements, and supporting high-tech firms involved in advanced warfare concepts. His advisory roles extend to endeavors, think tanks, and interagency task forces addressing the most challenging national security issues facing the nation.
