Rafał Sekuła, Director of the HR Office of Emitel S.A. a practitioner with over 25 years of professional experience, managing HR in large business organizations (including PKN ORLEN S.A., BRW S.A., FAMUR S.A., PGL S.A.). Trained as a lawyer and economist, ICC coach. Member of the Social Dialogue Committee at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. He specializes in particular in the area of changing the culture of an organization, has expert knowledge and knowledge of trends in the HR field and extensive experience in relations with trade unions.
