Dr. Tomasz Jeruzalski, Director of the e-Health Center, has over 20 years of experience in managing large functional IT structures and leading strategic IT projects. In recent years, he has specialized in coordinating medical projects utilizing artificial intelligence in medicine, including e-Consultation and „Okobus.” He is a finalist for the CIO of the Year award. His IT implementations have won numerous awards, such as the Europroduct IT, IT Leadership, IT Implementation Leader, Best Polish Service, Polish Innovation Award, and New@Poland. He is the originator of the eWUŚ system – Electronic Verification of Entitlements for Beneficiaries.

Additionally, he is an academic lecturer and obtained a doctoral degree defending a thesis titled „Information Systems and the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Public Administration Processes.” He is a co-author of national expertise and strategies, including the „Strategy for Achieving Interpretative Solutions with the EU in the Field of Authentication of Identification and Trust Services.” Furthermore, he is the author of numerous publications on cybersecurity, digitization, and the effectiveness of IT system implementations. He has also served on many supervisory and scientific boards.
