Ryszard Kolasinski at Policy Insight covers the energy sector and environmental protection, including forest and water policy. Associated with the Polish environmental movement, he participated in the COP26 summit as an observer. A graduate of the MISH College at Warsaw University, he plays the cello in his spare time.
