She collaborates with businesses in the field of internationalization, including designing business models and various organizational cultures and leadership. A member of the international organization IFERA (International Family Enterprises Research Academy) bringing together researchers and family businesses from around the world, The European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), and the organization of the Club of Entrepreneurial Women.

Author of numerous publications, including on the situation and importance of women in enterprises, including female leadership and female succession. Currently, she is the Project Manager for „Women in Leadership Positions and the Agility, Resilience, and Effectiveness of Enterprises.”

Privately, she is passionate about horse riding, Polish Champion in Dressage in the Young Horses category, and Champion of Greater Poland in Dressage.
