Wiktoria Kinik is the press spokesperson for the We Give Children Strength Foundation. She is an expert in the fields of communication, CSR, and employer branding. At FDDS, she is responsible for media relations and building the foundation’s image, as well as communicating its initiatives, social campaigns, and educational programs.

Before joining FDDS, she worked at a PR agency where she implemented projects for key companies in the medical and FMCG sectors, specializing in creating social and educational campaigns. She has unique initiatives to her credit, such as the „WE HAVE Time for Health” campaign for the Theraflu brand and the Share the Care Foundation, as well as the „Advanced Breast Cancer, I Know More” campaign for Novartis, which contributed to increasing awareness among Poles about significant social challenges.

In her work, Wiktoria consistently emphasizes the power of collaboration between business and non-governmental organizations as a key factor in generating tangible, mutual benefits. For many years, Wiktoria Kinik has been socially involved in promoting human rights and supporting local communities.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where she studied PR and media marketing, and she also studied at the Universities of Istanbul and Vienna.
