President of the Board
A graduate of the Radom University of Technology in the field of transport and the Warsaw University of Technology in railway transport management. He has been associated with the railway industry for nearly 40 years. Since 2017, he has served as the President of the Board of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway, and previously, from 2015 to 2017, he held the position of a board member of the same company.

He was responsible for, among other things, the integration of ticketing and passenger information systems between the Łódź Agglomeration Railway and the city of Łódź, as well as for commercial policy and investment development in the rolling stock sector.

From 2011 to 2014, he served as a board member and President of the Board at PKP Intercity S.A., where he implemented major rolling stock investments, including the purchase of electric multiple units, such as the Pendolino vehicles.
