Manager with many years of experience in managing real estate, investment, and administrative activities. Expert in the field of audit, internal control, and accounting, specializing in managing the financial area of enterprises and information technology infrastructure.

He gained managerial experience as the long-term President of the Board of the Palace of Culture and Science, previously also as, among others, Vice-President of the Board of Poczty Polskiej and Board Member of Polski Holding Nieruchomości. He also sat on Supervisory Boards as Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He obtained an Executive MBA from the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as international certificates Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA). He holds internal auditor qualifications obtained through a state examination organized by the Ministry of Finance. He also completed postgraduate studies in accounting and banking and finance.
