Vice President of the Board of Kraków5020 Sp. z o.o., operator of the ICE Kraków Congress Center. She served as the Consul of the Republic of Poland in Caracas (2010-2014). Upon returning, she took on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at the ICE Kraków Congress Center. President of the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland (SKKP), Vice President of the Meetings and Events Industry Council TUgether. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Board of the Polish Tourism Organization.

Manager, MICE speaker, mentor, and academic lecturer in business tourism. An expert and author of many industry publications. Actively participates in industry, national, and regional consultations, including the „Sustainable Tourism Policy of Krakow for 2021-2028”. She is very active in key cross-sector networks in Poland – leader of the Kraków Network project and co-creator of the POWER OF 4 conference facilities agreement: ICE Kraków, LCK in Lublin, ECS in Gdańsk, and Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw.

In the 2021 Eventex ranking, she was included among the 100 most influential people in the event industry, nominated again in 2022. Currently a member of the competition jury. Nationally, she was listed among the 100 most influential people in Polish tourism according to the Wasza Turystyka portal (2021, 2022, and 2023). Recognized as one of the 12 best personalities in the MICE industry in 2018 and 2021 – MP Power Awards, MP Power 12. Today, she is a competition juror. In 2021, she was honored „For Merits to Tourism” by Minister Andrzej Gut-Mostowy. Nominated for the prestigious Rise and Raise Others Award awarded by United Nations Women, the UN agency dealing with gender equality and women’s empowerment.

She graduated from the Jagiellonian University, also completed postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing (WSZiB in Kraków) and International Relations and Diplomacy (Collegium Civitas in Warsaw). She has impressive achievements in attracting large international conferences to Poland (e.g., ICCA 2022), discovering new event formats, and introducing innovations towards more sustainable/resilient, hybrid events (2020-2021).
