Małgorzata Wilk-Grzywna Vice President of the Polish Tourism Organisation. Małgorzata Wilk-Grzywna has long-standing experience in managing tourism entities, supported by numerous successes in coordinating investment, promotional, and training projects.

From 2002 to 2024, she worked as the Director of the Board Office at the Regional Tourism Organisation of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. While holding this position, she created, among other things, the local government cultural institution „Heritage Park of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains Łysa Góra” and also developed the brand „Green Velo Eastern Bicycle Trail.”

From the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with tourism, managing travel agencies and a recreation center, among others. She holds the qualifications of a regional tour guide and an international tour leader. The realization of professional challenges is in line with the academic achievements that began with graduating from the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow and continued through an ongoing doctoral process – dissertation on the topic „Brand equity of spa towns. Example of Świętokrzyskie spas” and long-standing teaching activities at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.

Her academic achievements are enriched by four publications issued under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Awards and distinctions: Tourism Eagle of the „Rzeczpospolita” for setting directions and the highest standards in tourism, 2022; Person of the Year in the category: Tourism, Echo Dnia 2015; winner of the Wasza Turystyka competition for the „100 most influential people in Polish tourism” in the years 2021, 2022, 2023.
