Marek Myszka, Director of the Innovation Office of PKO Bank Polski.

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He has been involved in the financial sector for 10 years. Until January 2022, as Director of the Remote Sales Development Department at Alior Bank, he was responsible for improving the efficiency of E2E processes, accurate measurement of acquisition sources and sales channels, standardization of data and indicators between the online channel, CRM, and remote network. He also oversaw the construction, development and maintenance of an IT architecture designed to improve the flow of information between employees, and strategic projects such as the joint offering of T-Mobile and Alior Bank (TMUB). Since February 2022, he has served as Director of the Innovation Office of PKO Bank Polski, where he combines business knowledge with the possibilities of new technologies. The team he manages is responsible for, among other things, working with the local innovation ecosystem as part of the „Let’s Fintech with PKO Bank Polski” accelerator program, building a corporate culture open to new solutions and products, and implementing the pillar of PKO Bank Polski’s capital group strategy responsible for new technologies.
