Karol Wolff is responsible for managing the company’s strategy and strategic projects, which are crucial in the context of energy transformation and ORLEN Group’s pursuit of climate neutrality. His leadership of the Strategy and Strategic Transformation Office is key to addressing the complex challenges facing the energy sector in Poland and Europe.

Before joining ORLEN in 2010, Karol Wolff worked on consulting and analytical projects at McKinsey & Company and Reuters Europe.
