Jacek Żakowski (born 1957), commentator for „Polityka” and „Gazeta Wyborcza”, head of the Journalism Department at Collegium Civitas, leader of the „embassy” of Concilium Civitas and editor of its „Almanac”, author of the Friday „Morning Shows on TOK FM”, and previously a creator of several radio and television formats.

He has published several books – most recently „Virus 2020” (SIC! 2020).

„Journalist of the Year 1997”, recipient of, among others, the Superwiktor, two Wiktors, the PEN Club Award, the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski Award, and the Neon of the Malta Festival. Member of the Journalistic Society.
