Project management manager at the Empiria and Knowledge Foundation. She has worked as an educator, educator and trainer for many years. She has experience of operating in many sectors; for more than a dozen years she worked in leadership and management roles in NGOs, education and culture. She has a keen eye for the ways in which people communicate, which is related to the many courses she has completed (including NVC, Collaboration Scale, forensic mediators).
