Judyta Rozmus – Project Leader of Support for People with Refugee Experience at IKEA Retail.

Responsible for strategic approach, creation and coordination of projects aimed at changing the narrative and influencing the improvement of the situation of people with refugee experience in Poland, including social and charitable activities in this area. She works with the first and third sectors, and has coordinated IKEA’s joint projects with UNHCR and Unicef, among others. She is also a member of the IKEA Diversity Network and an ambassador for the IKEA Foundation.
