Associated with corporate banking for more than 20 years specializing in the implementation of strategic corporate projects; held a number of managerial and highly specialized positions from 2008 to 2024. Responsible for relations with the largest corporate entities on the Polish market; member of the ESG Council of Bank Pekao.

She currently manages the Strategic Clients Department at Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. where she is responsible for preparing financial structures for the most important investment projects and the largest mergers and acquisitions on the Polish market. She has many years of experience in structuring specialized projects in Poland and abroad (project finance, M&A, investment banking).

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, she completed Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw. She completed a number of postgraduate studies at Stanford Graduate Business School in the USA, the Warsaw School of Economics and the EU in Poznan. She has participated in numerous training courses for top executives including the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France, the Digital Transformation Programme at IMD in Switzerland and the Oxford Leadership Academy in the UK.
