Chief government negotiator for the National Reconstruction Plan. Political strategist for the Poland 2050 movement.
Co-founder and board member of the Strategies 2050 Institute – one of the most important independent think tanks of the new generation. At the Institute he was responsible for research on Poland’s energy transition, EU policy and the preparation of the National Reconstruction Plan.
He authored and co-authored numerous reports summarizing Poland’s participation in European integration processes and the legislative activities of EU institutions. His analyses and recommendations were an important point of reference in the public debate on the future of the country’s development and energy policy.
