Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board overseeing the Finance Division.

A graduate of banking at the Cracow University of Economics and a Multinational MBA at ESADE in Spain with qualifications as a chartered accountant and FCCA. She has completed a number of development programs at leading business universities (including INSEAD, London Business School).

She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, of which more than 10 years in bank financial management. She has worked for the largest banking institutions in Poland, executing significant transactions for the sector.

From 2022 to 2024, as an Associate Partner at KPMG, she was responsible for advisory services to chief financial officers. From 2010 to 2022, she managed the Controlling/MIS area at Santander Bank Poland, where she implemented a number of significant financial management projects. She was a member of decision-making committees at the bank, as well as a member of supervisory boards. Between 2000 and 2010, while working at KPMG, she participated in projects for the financial sector concerning auditing of financial statements, valuation to fair value of loan portfolios, due diligence and advising on M&A transactions.
