Gintarė is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience spanning business consulting, economic development, foreign direct investment (FDI), and policy advocacy across private, public, and non-profit sectors in Australia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

In 2024, Gintarė was appointed CEO of Unicorns Lithuania, the leading association representing over 120 of the country’s top technology startups and scaleups. Under her leadership, the organization is focused on scaling Lithuania’s startup ecosystem and shaping policy to fuel innovation and sustainable economic growth.

Previously, Gintarė served as Vice President of Global Growth and Head of the Technology Sector Team at Invest Lithuania, where she was instrumental in attracting international technology company investments and positioning Lithuania as a global fintech leader. A key advocate for improved fintech regulation, she played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s fintech landscape. Her contributions were recognized with the 2024 Fintech Leader of the Year Award.

Gintarė is also the founder and former president of the Australian Lithuanian Business Council, established in 2015 in Melbourne, and a long-time advisor with the NGO Global Lithuanian Leaders. Her career is dedicated to driving innovation, fostering cross-border collaboration, and positioning Lithuania as a premier European tech hub.
