Marius Costin is an accomplished executive with a strong track record in both telecommunications and fintech. After more than a decade in the telecom industry, Marius transitioned into fintech in 2014, taking the helm as CEO of Romania’s largest online payment processor at the time. In March 2025, he was appointed CEO of NETOPIA Holding, Romania’s leading payment and digital services company, where he is spearheading the company’s next stage of growth and innovation.

Over the years, Marius has held a variety of senior leadership roles—ranging from Commercial Director to CEO—at both local and international levels. He is known for his strategic vision, people-first leadership style, and ability to identify and scale business opportunities. His career is defined by a passion for building high-performing teams, navigating complex challenges, and driving sustainable growth.
