With over two decades of progressive experience in senior HR roles, she has been at the forefront of shaping inclusive, high-performance cultures for teams exceeding 6,000 employees across multiple markets.

As a strategic partner to executive leadership, Marta has successfully delivered global initiatives spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. She is particularly recognized for building and empowering international HR teams that drive measurable business outcomes and cultural resilience.
